Payment:
We accept payment online via Paypal only. Paypal is a secure payments service that will never use or share your information without your permission. Paypal accepts checks, debit cards, credit cards and transfers from your Paypal account. Please note, however that you do not need to have a Paypal account to make payment through them unless it is a transfer from your Paypal account. If you would like more information about Paypal, please visit www.paypal.com.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Shipping:
We currently ship to the Continental U.S. (lower 48 states) only via USPS Priority Mail with Delivery confirmation. Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping costs that are currently not set up through the shopping cart. Please contact me directly with your order. I will advise you to let you know what those charges will be and will need payment in advance before your items can be shipped.
International orders:
I do not personally ship to international addresses, however below is a site that can take care of this for you.
Insurance:
Insurance is optional, however highly recommended for any breakable items purchased. We are not responsible for any theft, loss or damage that occurs once an item has been shipped.
Order Processing:
Please allow 5 business days from the date of payment of your purchase for your order to be processed and shipped. I am a one person operation and work another full time job, so your patience is appreciated. If you provide me with an email address, you will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.
Returns:
Items may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for a refund or credit. All items must be returned in their original condition for a refund or credit. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense and packages must be insured for the full value of the item. Original and return shipping costs and insurance fees will not be refunded. Lost or damaged items shipped without insurance are not subject to our refund or return policy. Refunds will be credited back to a valid PayPal account only. Store credits will be issued when there is not a valid PayPal account available.
