Mini Pumpkin Pies 

Packaged pie crust mix

Your favorite pumpkin pie recipe

Make the pie crust according to package directions.  Take small pieces of the pie crust and roll into 1” balls.  Press each ball into a greased mini muffin pan cup.  Fill each mini pie shell with a small portion of the pumpkin pie mixture.  Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees.  Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
